Great spacious home with great entertainment!!

Property was absolutely perfect for our guys weekend. Place had everything we needed, clean, plenty of space, and a great backyard with plenty of activities for our group.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The home was very spacious, and the air conditioning worked great throughout our visit. I especially appreciated that most bedrooms had their own private bathrooms, with only a couple of rooms sharing a bathroom, which worked perfectly fine for our group. The property is family-friendly and would also be ideal for a girls’ getaway, which is how we used it. I spent the weekend there with my girlfriends, and we had a fantastic time. I did have one concern upon arrival, but the owner responded promptly and addressed the issue, which I appreciated. For future guests, I would recommend that the owner label the bedrooms to match the photos shown in the online listing. This would help eliminate confusion when assigning rooms. I would also suggest having a designated contact person available by phone during check-in and check-out hours in case any immediate questions or needs arise. One challenge we encountered during checkout was locating the large outdoor trash bin. Fortunately, the cleaning crew arrived about an hour before checkout and was able to assist us. I would recommend scheduling the cleaning crew to arrive at the official checkout time rather than earlier, as some guests may still be preparing to leave. Overall, this is a beautiful property, and we enjoyed our stay. I would recommend it to others looking for a spacious and comfortable getaway.

What a wonderful week in the spacious Roswell home! Just an ideal setting for a family gathering! Our 10 grandchildren (ages 6 through 14) were able to come together from three different states and enjoy a fun week. Plenty of comfy beds and so many fun options from the outside basketball hoop, garage playroom, and a great entertainment center complete with recliners on the lower level. Also the location is great for parks and many other activities. A very clean, beautiful home!

The home was beautiful, very spacious, and well-stocked—perfect for accommodating our large family. There were a few minor maintenance items that could be improved, such as a couple of televisions not working, the basketball goal needing repair, and the basketballs being flat. We also experienced the keypad not functioning properly on a few occasions, though it was a small inconvenience. Overall, we truly loved our stay. The home is located in a quiet, lovely neighborhood, and the host was incredibly friendly and responsive. We had a wonderful time and greatly enjoyed our experience.

This is our second stay at this home and again, it was immaculate. Location, amenities and the host are second to none. The house is very spacious with a big basement game room and a fenced in back yard for plenty of privacy. I highly recommend a stay here as we plan to return in the Fall.
